Hey Ho Rock Voyagers,
The Oz music scene is shocked and saddened by the tragic death of one of it's brothers', guitarist Tas Blizzard. A founding member of infamous punk band, The Meanies, he was also known for his stint with Seaweed Goorillas.

Tragedy has struck The Meanies twice this year, almost like a curse. A few months ago, their other guitarist, DD past away after battling cancer and muscular dystrophy. For those of you who want to pay your respects and show the band your support, there will be a tribute show for Tas this Thursday 14th August at the National Hotel in Geelong. For those rockers who are still unfamiliar with the Meanies sound, do yourself a favour and get down there to see one of the all-time great Oz punk bands. Check local guides for playing times as this will be a night not to be missed.

Tas and DD - RIP. Best wishes to the the Meanies from The Finkers, TA-TA and The Ramanes. Thanks for the great shows.
